 UQAM: Steven High (Concordia) joins as Visiting Professor with a CRC in Urban Heritage.

Ryerson University: Ian Mosby and Eva Jewell pub- lished “Calls to Action Accountability: A Status Up- date on Reconciliation” Yellowhead Institute, issue 44, Dec. 2019, on the failures to implement many of the 94 Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

U of T: Lisa Leff (American University) will deliver the Wolfe lecture in Holocaust Studies on 27 January. Her topic: “The Archive Thief: The Man Who Salvaged French Jewish History in the Wake of the Holocaust.”

University of Victoria: Patrick Lozar, who received his PhD from the University of Washington in Seattle, joins the department as Assistant Professor specializing in the histories of Indigenous Peoples of the Pacific Northwest

York University: Alan Corbiere joins the department as a CRC in Indigenous History of North America.
