Pendant mes \u00e9tudes, j\u2019ai pu d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences en recherche, en enseignement et en communication. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 membre active d\u2019un groupe de recherche interuniversitaire tr\u00e8s inclusif envers les \u00e9tudiants et j\u2019ai b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du mentorat d\u2019historiennes exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, je suis directrice adjointe \u00e0 la recherche \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de gestion de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, un poste qui fait appel \u00e0 toutes les comp\u00e9tences acquises pendant mes \u00e9tudes. Mon r\u00f4le consiste notamment \u00e0 soutenir, animer et valoriser la recherche en gestion et en \u00e9conomie, que ce soit en accompagnant les chercheurs dans leurs demandes de subvention, en diffusant les nouvelles de la recherche, en coordonnant le personnel facultaire en recherche ou en organisant un concours annuel d\u2019affiches scientifiques pour les \u00e9tudiants des cycles sup\u00e9rieurs. Je dois \u00eatre en mesure de conna\u00eetre et d\u2019expliquer les r\u00e8glements et politiques institutionnels entourant la gestion des fonds de recherche, les conflits d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, l\u2019\u00e9thique en recherche et les \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ma formation, je comprends bien l\u2019interdisciplinarit\u00e9, je connais l\u2019univers subventionnaire, je sais comment donner de la r\u00e9troaction constructive, je ma\u00eetrise les enjeux de la communication et de la publication scientifiques. Atout parfois sous-estim\u00e9, les historiens sont aussi experts pour trouver de l\u2019information! Les chercheurs avec qui je travaille reconnaissent ces comp\u00e9tences et les appr\u00e9cient. Dans mon quotidien, je c\u00f4toie les professeurs et les \u00e9tudiants de ma facult\u00e9, ainsi que le personnel de presque tous les services de l\u2019Universit\u00e9. J\u2019utilise la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 acquise en recherche pour mener \u00e0 bien des projets.
