Le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019histoire des m\u00e9dias et de la communication de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 historique du Canada fut cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2009. Son objectif premier est de faire la promotion de l\u2019histoire des m\u00e9dias et de la communication au Canada.<\/p>\n
Il tient ses activit\u00e9s dans les deux langues officielles et est ouvert aux chercheurs et chercheuses de toutes les disciplines qui s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 des questions en lien avec l\u2019histoire des m\u00e9dias et de la communication, quelle qu\u2019en soit la nature, et aux chercheuses et chercheurs canadiens qui \u00e9tudient l\u2019histoire des m\u00e9dias et de la communication de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9voluant ailleurs dans le monde.\u00a0 Le comit\u00e9 accueille \u00e9galement ceux et celles qui s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019histoire est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans les m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n
