Archives of Ontario Re-Opening

As of November 1, 2021, the Archives of Ontario will reopen its public services by appointment only, in line with the overall government approach. 

This applies to the reading room, travelling exhibit loans, and access to the ANIMALIA exhibit, located at 134 Ian Macdonald Blvd.

Further details on the reopening plans, including how you can prepare for your visit, book your appointment, and view the new onsite safety protocols will be posted on October 18, 2021.

Online services to the public continue to be available through the Archives' website and you can send your inquiries by:
•   telephone at 416-327-1600 or 1-800-668-9933 Toll-Free Number (Ontario only)
•   email at reference@ontario.ca

Onsite group visits and tours will not resume at this time and access to the George Spragge Classroom will remain closed until further notice.
